Coffee cup - Fog / toasted

This is a mid-sized cup that serves as the perfect everyday companion. The walls of the body are straight, and round off towards the bottom for a softer look. The handle is slightly angular, and sits well in the hand.

This cup is crafted in a smooth iron rich clay body, and finished with a matte light grey glaze. The top rim is wiped clean of glaze, leaving it a nice toasted brown shade that perfectly compliments the grey tones. The glaze I have developed myself, and it is mixed in the studio from scratch using an array of different raw materials.
