Narrow base vase - Light sand

This vase has a narrow base that widens towards the top, and a smaller opening with a small neck. It works just as well with only a few sprigs or flowers as it does for a smaller floral arrangement. 

This piece is thrown in a light beige clay body with large amounts of even lighter grog, and the outer surface is left unglazed to let the rough, earthy texture come to its full right. The inside is glazed in a glossy transparent glaze.
